Collagraph-Donald stoltenberg

           Donald stoltenberg-Collagraph Intaglio

What Printmaking technique do they use?

Donald Stoltenburg mainly bases his printmaking techniques, towards the collagraph method.

Describe this printmaking technique:How do they make their work?

The plate can be intaglio-inked, inked with a roller or paintbrush.

What kind of work do they make?

Artist works linked with the style of collography, therefore allowing the user to sick different pieces of component together.

Are they associated with any art movements or styles?

Donald associates his style of art towards collographic forms and methods.

What do they think of their work?

I feel that Donald uses the style of collagraphy concerning the elements of bold and colossal wreck, dark images and figures ,that are difficult to see. Such images that are complexed tragic, that most of his images ,have a deep level of complexity, such areas around his works are over worked with deep concave lines and colors. very deep and dark , therefore basing his overall genre towards a more mystical and horror.

Does this work remind you of any other artwork you have seen before?

It reminds me of willon-calle the textile artist , where most works  her wart works uses a great deal of primary colour as well as creativity.
